2. Product Listing Guidelines
To maintain a high standard of service and minimize negative customer experiences, all sellers are required to:
- Accurately represent product features in promotional creatives. Do not advertise features your product does not support.
- Ensure consistency between product variants (e.g., color, size, model) listed on the Crescent.Shopping platform and what is promoted through your store or creatives.
- Price your products reasonably to set clear and realistic customer expectations regarding quality and performance.
